7th AAWE Workshop
at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor
This workshop is the seventh in a series of workshops held every 18 to 24 months by the American Association for Wind Engineering.
In 2024, this event will be held at the Michigan Union on the University of Michigan campus, in Ann Arbor, MI from June 9 to June 11.
Call for abstracts
This AAWE workshop is an excellent opportunity for interaction between engineers, faculty, students, scientists, architects, planners and practitioners in the various fields of wind engineering and related disciplines.
Members and non-members of the AAWE are welcome to attend and to present at the workshop. Topics covering all areas of wind engineering will be accepted for presentation at the workshop. Students should use this informal setting to present their research and receive feedback from attendees.
If you are interested in giving a presentation, you are invited to submit an abstract of at least 150 words and less than one page (for instructions, see the Abstracts page). The deadline for the abstract submission is April 21 April 30, 2024 and the confirmation of acceptance will be sent shortly after.

April 21 April 30 (extended): Deadline for abstract submission
May 5: Notification of abstract acceptance
May 8-10: End of hotel reservation at special rate (please see the lodging page for more details)
